Selah is a word with no direct literal translation, but one which is generally used to imply a rest in music or poetry. It can also be used to represent the concept of "forever". We are all interconnected just as body, mind, and spirit are interconnected. As “Selah” implies, there is no end to our being, and no end to our potential. My goal is to help you see your endless potential and to help you facilitate your own personal healing and give you tools that you can use in order to  feel at ease in body and mind.

I strive to be in tune with my clients’ needs. I completed my training as a massage therapist in 2000. As a Licensed Massage Therapist (OR #16233) I offer quality therapeutic and stress relief massage. The elements of all of my massage training over the past 20+ years is enhanced by the use of my Comfort Craft massage table which allows me to massage the low back in a neutral position and also use gravity to release pressure from the spine. It also allows me to stretch the front of the body when my client is supine. You must experience a massage with this table to understand the enhansed sense of relief and wellbeing it adds to a massage; there is nothing like it!

I fuse the elements of my skills and experience as a massage therapist with top of the line equipment and tools to provide you with a massage that is best suited to your needs. Your massage may contain elements of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Stretching, Myofascial Massage, Cupping, and/or Gua Sha.  I will work with you to mutually assess what type of massage would be best suited to your needs. I do not solicit tips and my prices reflect an appropriate living wage commensurate with my skills and experience.  

 I have been a Certified 5-PATH® Consulting Hypnotist, as well as a 7th Path® Self Hypnosis practitioner and teacher since 2019 and I am registered with the National Guild of Hypnotists. I am also certified in Meditation and Breathwork and as a Yogini of over 25 years I am trained as a Hatha, Vinyasa, and Kundalini Yoga Teacher.
